At Fat Franks, patrons can create the hot dog of their dreams using their choice of more than 30 sauces and condiments. First, though, they have to choose between a white or wheat locally baked bun. Then they can crown their Canadian-made, pork-free jumbo or junior dog with everything from house-ground mustard to sauerkraut.
Fat Franks also has veggie dogs, brats, honey-ham smokies, and chorizo sausages. The original Fat Franks started as a street vendor in Edmonton in 1995 and has since grown to 24 street carts and 3 permanent locations.
