The instructors demonstrations and lesson plan were really good, however his vocabulary and phrasing came across as awkward (not sure what defragmenting a computer means, let alone how it relates to yoga)

It would be nice to have some of the classes repeat more then two times a week at the same levels. So that one is able to be consistant with working out if unable to make the regular days. Open up the options. Or like in the class that I attend we have a heavy breather this makes it difficult for me (anyways) to relax and focus.

Rooms are not very hot, warm at best. Convenient location though. Instructor training ground--that's disappointing. Aggressive and pushy- not what you expect in a yoga studio.

When looking to upgrade/expand, find a larger space that could accommodate full sized change rooms (men/women) that include showers - these are quite popular in other studios that offer hot yoga.

In Yin yoga classes, practitioners hold poses for up to seven minutes, thus limbering up the body's tendons, joints, and ligaments.
