I wasn't happy with the whyte ave location. I've had microdermasion by one esthetician at least 6 times and it was always inconsistent. I have asked for a different esthetician when I call to book but always got the same gal. After applying the cream, she would always leave the room and come back reeking of cigarettes. One time she was gone for over 30 minutes. Having smelly cigarette fingers massaging cream on my face is not ideal!!

Went to the Whyte Ave location. This was probably the most terrible massage experience we have ever had. The appointment time was 4:30. We got there 15 minutes before the appointment to fill out any paperwork and were done this by 4:20. We then sat and waited until at least 4:40 and no one came to speak to us at all. I was convinced they did not know we were waiting in that room. The massage did not start until closer to 4:45 but the massage still ended at 5:30. So we only got a 45 minute massage and not the 60 minutes that the Groupon was for. The sheets on the bed were awful and felt as though they were still wet. The floors were dirty and sticky and we were not given slippers. The bed itself was very uncomfortable and my face was touching the plastic of the massage table instead of cushions or towels. It had a stale smell and not the nice soothing smells that one would expect at a massage treatment. The massages themselves were not great. One seemed not to know anything about giving a massage at all. As I said the massage then ended 15 minutes sooner than it should have. When we came out of the room I asked why it was only 45 minutes and not the 60 it was booked for and the response I got was that she was told by the other girl to only do 50 minutes for Groupon massages with the other 10 being for set up and clean up. She said she had only been there a couple days though and did not know. She directed me to speak with the people at the front desk. I told the people at the front desk that I was very upset by the service and that I did not think it was right that a Groupon customer would not receive the same service as a regular customer. I was told at this time that it 100% should have been a full 60 minutes and they should not have ended early. They said the next time I went in they would do an extra 10 minutes. But then did not take any of my information or provide me with any voucher or documentation stating this. Overall I left feeling very disappointed in the service and will not be returning to this location. I was not given the full value of the Groupon and was not compensated when I addressed this with them.

While it is customary to arrive 10-15 min early for a spa appointment, when I arrived 5 min early the door was not open yet and the receptionist had to run to open the door and commented that I was "early". I was then told that my massage therapist had not arrived for work yet. When the therapist escorted me into the room she had not yet finished preparing it and I had to stand there while she fussed with the blankets and towels. The massage room was very cold and did not have a heated table. When I commented to the therapist that I was finding it very cold she did not respond. I have had several 60 min massages at the Londonnery location and have always had a good massage. With the "groupon" massage I did not get feet, arms, hands, face, neck, thighs, pecs. Not even sure I got the full 60 min as we started so late. I guess it's true you get what you pay for.

The hair dresser did drop her scissors and comb more than once, which is a huge no no not to mention super unprofessional. I gave her the benefit of the doubt though, as I was late due to the fact that I could't find good parking. she than had her next customer she was worrying about. I made the effort to keep the vibe light and easy. In the end she was fast and efficient, good cut and style. Friendly and kind.

Well i dont agree with having to pay above the amount that I already paid. While we were leaving the desk clerk stopped us and said we need to pay more because groupon didn't cover it.
