Led by Jared Byer, the team of personal trainers, registered dieticians, and yoga instructors that make up Made 2 Move Fitness help patrons achieve their fitness goals through customized programs and small group classes with a focus on individualized attention. The staff performs a noninvasive, 10-point assessment to determine clients’ current level of health, using results to inform personal training sessions, at-home programs, and nutritional guidance. Instructors also lead small groups of students in scorching calories and improving their posture with Pilates, yoga, boot camp, and super circuit classes in a private studio setting without long-term membership requirements.
