From Our Editors
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We open at 4 AM and close at 7:30 PM. Our first priority is to create a safe, challenging workout and to provide you with the tools necessary to achieve a strong body and mind while under constant supervision. The team and I have the skills, education and desire to help you!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Accountability. Bottom line, we will hold you accountable for your workout appointments. We are not a drop in when you feel like it gym. We have strength coaches here working with you on every workout, every step of the way. Short term and long term goals help shape your success .
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started Mini's House of Pain over 18 years ago because I know what it takes to create a healthy body and mind and I wanted to share that with others. My team and I have developed a workout and nutritional diet plan through years of experience that will deliver results if you are committed to it.
What do you love most about your job?
The transformation of my clients. To see the change not only physically but mentally. To help them achieve their goals whether it is strength and mobility or maybe as simple as travel.
