Ola of Ijorere Atelier helps to make special days grand. In fact, her company (pronounced "e-jaw-ray-ray") takes its name from two Yoruba-Nigerian words, "ijo," which means "day" and "rere," which means "grand." She does this by creating custom stationery for weddings, hosting painting parties for birthdays, and renting out Olá lá! IJorere, her elegant loft space.
Olá lá! IJorere hosts baby and bridal showers, offsite meetings, meet and greet discussions, birthday parties, small weddings, corporate events, and other upscale happenings. Accentuated with colorful paintings and modish furnishings, the 2,000-square-foot space fits up to 75 guests and is centered on a beautiful glass chandelier and a custom-made dining table beside floor-to-ceiling arched windows.
