To get the most out of workouts at MMAXOUT Fitness OBX, clients have to tackle five stages of fitness. They start with interval training, the signature MMAXOUT workout, which incorporates plyometrics, kickboxing, kettlebell moves, and strength and conditioning combined with bursts of energy to kick up heart rates. Next comes MMAX Rep, when clients race against the clock to confuse their muscles into changing. Then there's MMAX Lean, a blend of strength, balance, and breathing, and MMAX Xtreme, which focuses on kicks, punches, knee throws, and cardio. Finally, MMAX Fit brings all the routines together for one all-encompassing sweat session. The class level changes weekly based on the schedule.
