This was our third visit to this restaurant and while the food is always good, our order is always wrong. This time, we ordered half and half on one pizza and the order was read back to me over the phone correctly. When we picked it up one half was a completely different pizza than what was ordered. They did fix it...but the fact that this has happened two other times to us makes us not want to to go there anymore.
They would not let me use the Groupon like cash. I paid $15 for what was supposed to be $30 worth of pizza. They had a daily special that was 2 pizzas for around $20. They would not let me buy that. I had to buy my 2 pizzas at full menu price, which came to $34.40. So I had to pay $4.40 over the price of the Groupon, when if I had no Groupon at all, it would have been around $20. They told me it's still such a great deal for me because I was only paying $4.40 for two pizzas. I tried to point out that I paid $15 already in order to GET the Groupon, but they were slow to understand or accept this. I'll not be buying a Groupon for Cool River Pizza again.
Maybe add some more arcade games .
This restaurant is filthy. Even with the groupon, it's overpriced. We spent $32 for one large pizza, two drinks, and a salad. All of which were mediocre. Not a good value. I bought two groupons for this place and will probably not even use the other one. Really bad.
I was helped by Jason. He was very friendly and very nice to be helped by. He seemed genuinely happy & appreciative to have me as a customer, made me feel great. It was our first time there and never had their food. We ordered a large half/half: pepperoni & combo, hot wings and dough chips with chicken. Tasty! Everything was so yummy! We'll definitely go back :)
The pizza was ok; the chicken wings were horrible; the ranch chips were good. The place seems dirty and it had this smell which wasn't good. I was very disappointed.
Pricey if it wasn't for the Groupon deal. Take way too long to bake the pizza, waited for a long time eventhough there is barely any customer on a Saturday night. Very helpful cashier.
What paid for was not what was recieved like had to pay tax that wasn't on the groupon, it stated tossed salad we recieved are salad in a to go plastic container we had to ask for forks and plates for the salad pizza crust was great a little shy on cheese an topping
Very slow and not the pizza wasn't anything special.
