The supremely spicy sauce behind this challenge is 1 of 25 different flavors and heat levels available at Wally’s Wicked Wings, ranging from sweet-honey barbecue to mild Millie, an authentic buffalo-style sauce. Besides wings, Wally’s parades a list of finger foods such as all-beef Nathan’s hot dogs topped with crumbled blue cheese and buffalo sauce and third-pound Angus beef burgers crowned with applewood-smoked bacon, barbecue sauce, and beer-battered onion rings.
The restaurant’s bright-green walls sport flat-screen TVs tuned into high-definition football games. Amid pool tables and arcade games, patrons cheer touchdowns and place side bets on mascot shoe sizes as the crew of bartenders slings pints of 12 on-tap brews or uncaps 40 different bottles.
