did not arrive at scheduled time - i had a morning appt and service didn't start until afternoon. decided to go to another house in east mountain first, but didn't call me - i called them to find out where they were. window cleaning prices were confusing. even with groupon coupon paid much more that i planning for. many extra charges for screens, dusting out window sills, etc. then, it rained the next day!
