What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was in the Home Improvement Retail Management Trade for over 30 years including Home Depot, Valu Home Centers and several Family owned Home Centers. I have vast amounts of knowledge in the industry. For decades I heard how many times people were frustrated with unskilled laborers.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to see a happy customer! I also love kids and pets!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction is watching the look on customer's faces when they do a final inspection of the project. Additionally I have had many customers rehire me and also send referrals my way.
