Coach Dan Ryan says that his primary mission, as owner and head trainer at All American Athletic Training Center, is to help everybody reach their full athletic potential. He uses a combination of classic drills—learned over 25 years as a coach of various sports—and strengthening exercises that rely on his facility's signature piece of equipment, the FlexBand. A continuous, rubbery loop, the FlexBand provides increasing resistance the further it stretches. Coach Ryan particularly likes the bands for their ability to increase strength in young athletes.
