Dave's attitude and approach is commendable, he is genuinely concerned and pays particular attention to what is ailing you and focuses on what method to apply. If you require treatment for an injury, I would highly recommend Synergy Wellness & Rehabilitation.

From Our Editors

Synergy Wellness & Rehabilitation's team of therapists and practitioners are committed to stepping beyond the treatment of symptoms, opting instead to cultivate vitality from the inside out. Adopting a whole-body approach to health and wellness, the staff prioritizes giving a personalized, one-on-one experience for alleviating ailments through holistic and naturopathic solutions ranging from chiropractic adjustments to posture realignment via custom-fitted orthotics. They encourage clients to use their treatment visits as a steppingstone toward learning skills necessary to care for one's own health, minimizing the long-term need for traditional treatments such as medication and licking down the stalagmites in a salt cave.

Toronto Day Spa Guide

How is relaxation defined; that true, deep relaxation that's so rare in a contemporary society? With more than 75 day spas in Toronto, even if it's difficult to quantify it, there's no denying the extraordinary sense of well-being customers are left with. Rest assured, it's easy to find a Toronto day spa that features a full-service model, including manicures, pedicures and, of course, the epitome of relaxation: a deep and restful massage.

The award-winning Elmwood Spa is a perfect example of taking a vision and then creating an oasis that's warm, inviting and within reach. This spectacular establishment offers something for everyone. Two full-service restaurants, a juice bar, and more than thirty-four treatment rooms, it's little wonder it continues to rank as one of the best day spas in the country. It also offers gift cards, the perfect gift for anyone on your list.

Sleek, modern and vibrant, Lavender Day Spa is another Toronto favorite. Organic skin care for the ultimate glow, volcanic hot stones used in its massages and pure chocolate for its body wraps, this is far more than an afternoon at the spa - it's an experience that clients return to time and again. It too is one of the most well known and respected day spas in Toronto.

Of course, each consumer's needs vary. This is one reason so many of today's modern day spas focus on a total approach that is custom designed to those specific needs. It's rare to find a facility that doesn't offer the proverbial "total package". For those unsure of what their needs are, this particular health care sector in Toronto offers many experienced technicians who strive for complete customer satisfaction. It's a method that works, as evidenced by the ethical approach of business owners and their employees. Indulge yourself and allow the experienced spa technicians to work their magic at any of the beautiful Toronto day spas.
