Now We’re Cookin’s truffle-making class is taught by Mary McMahon, winner of the 2007 Jean Banchet award for Best Celebrity Pastry Chef. The hands-on course teaches confectionary protégés to form perfect chocolate spheres that melt in their mouths or on the radiators of their cars. You will learn basic truffle techniques, and everyone is encouraged to bring their own flavor to roll into existence. Bonbon beginners and advanced desserters alike will leave class with their own truffle creations. Students are bestowed with the recipe, the knowledge, and the courage to construct cocoa-laden treats at will to share with friends, coworkers, and tax collectors.
