Don't wear cotton tees. Bring a towel and ice water. Sports bra and a tank work for me. Drink plenty of water before class. Your pose is the best today keep coming and you will be able to do the ones you thought you couldn't

This is an great deal if you love hot yoga! I would recommend you try the practice before purchasing the Groupon though, as it is not for everyone. But again, it you are a hot yogi, this deal is awesome!!!!
