Sa Mut A. Scott—the founder of Mama Yoga's Integrated Wellness Coaching for All—strives to help clients find "the compassionate way to wellness." To accomplish this goal, she spends her days not just exercising but educating. She helps people live healthier, whether it's through yoga classes and nutritional workshops at her studio or in-classroom work as a health teacher for grade-school students. Her classes, honed over 10 years of instruction, include classic hatha-yoga asanas, which are designed to build strength and flexibility over time. Over the course of their yoga practice, students also learn to listen to their bodies, helping restore a sense of balance and peace to their everyday lives.
