Was a poor attempt at a true puzzle room. Was a tiny hole in the wall place, poor props, some of the things didn't work, and the guy working there just kept trying to tell us how to get to the next "room" (rooms were about the size of a bathroom, at best) we felt like he just wanted us to hurry up and be done. Def a huge waste of money!
went for my daughter's 11th birthday. had 7 kids....and it wasn't a disaster. staff was friendly and helpful. i recommend a smaller group.
This is a fun night out. There is nothing fancy about the place, but the game is difficult and challenging, though there is someone to assist you if you need clues.
It looked like someone was bored and drunk one and decided to make an escape room. There were sheets hung up on the walls to make it look themed, locks that were part of the puzzle were broken, and the puzzles were mainly store bought. Don't do it!!!!!

We did the puzzle escape and a different escape room in Detroit. There was no comparison. This puzzle escape was 2/10 and the other was 10/10. Stay away.
It was a lot of fun! Can't wait to do it again.
Parking is alongside the road. We had a fun time trying to figure out the puzzles. Definitely recommend for a fun tome
The storyline was a little corny. But it was amazing
It was a challenge, and doing it with a group of 4 was great! Afterward, we felt inspired to create our own puzzle escape at home. So much fun!
Absolutely loved it! The staff was super nice! Wish we lived closer so we could do the other rooms! If we get back to Deteoit we would definitely go again!
From Our Editors
The Puzzle Escape delivers 60 straight minutes of mind-boggling excitement for teen and adult sleuths alike. The gist is simple. Teams—which could be family members, friends, co-workers, or a great first date for the Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew—are immersed in a clever scenario while trapped in a locked room. The only way out is to combine minds and solve a series of escalating clues and puzzles. Here are a few of the situations devised by The Puzzle Escape's cunning game masters:
- Missing: You're in Classroom 304 of Harrisburg Elementary, which became infamous after a student suddenly disappeared from his desk in 1978. Can your team finally close the book on this unsolved mystery?
- Alien Remnant: Scientists and explorers have stumbled upon real alien ruins right here on planet Earth, but the group will only have 60 minutes to escape multiple rooms while discovering ancient secrets.
