At Romaine Greens & Grill, fresh vegetables are the star of the menu. A sprawling self-serve salad bar teems with greens and toppings such as olives, pasta salad, black beans, and sliced beets. Behind the deli counter, staffers build sandwiches by hand using Turano breads, Boar's Head meats, cheeses, and veggie slices, and pop them in the panini press if the occasion calls for it. The eatery also caters parties and events such as business luncheons with trays of wraps and salads.
