Cupcakes for dinner and dessert? This was tough to fathom until Batter & Co. opened its doors. From its ovens emerge handmade bite-size cupcakes that are either sweet or savory. Spaghetti noodles form the base of a cupcake filled with housemade sauce and garnished with a mini meatball, and a breakfast cupcake stuffs a croissant crust with a filling made with sausage, egg, and cheese. Sweet flavors include classics such as peanut-butter cup and red velvet, as well as specialty flavors such as chocolate malt and margarita.
