Small location - only chef at location upon arrival -waiter arrived 20 mins later and provided menus and drinks. Not all items on menu were available -thus had to choose from small selection. Ceviche and tuna were very tasty. A bit pricey and long wait to get food. Systems were down, so had hard time getting them to accept and process Groupon.

Very small place in a residential area doesn't look too interesting from outside but the food is awesome. Cheif is also great, very helpful with food suggestions.

We had a ceviche which was excellent!!! We also had a dessert called Montedito, which we shared and thoroughly enjoyed also. The Hallandale location is far from our home but we'll make the drive again happily. We plan on recommending it our friends.

I chatted with a Groupon associate who called ahead and confirmed that I could use my Groupon for 4 although the 4 the person had cancelled. I offered to buy the extra entre and take it home with me. They reassured me it was not a problem. I tried to call ahead to confirm but they did not answer the phone. When we arrived they rejected my Groupon and they didn’t even know there phone was out of service. I had to call them on the spot to prove their phones were not working. On top of it, the restaurant was completely empty which worried me so we left. You would think as a business owner just opening a new location they would not turn clients away. I have to contact Groupon for a refund but I would definely not recommend this restaurant.

I need a call back for this Groupon at 954-805-7792. I went to the restaurant on the last day before the Groupon expired, since my date cancel out on me, I was there by myself. I asked the waitress if I can take left over to go if I eat there by myself, She went to the kitchen with my phone(the voucher is on the app) to ask the owner, they redeemed my voucher without letting me order food, They

This was a very nice little restaurant, unfortunately we were the only people there at prime dinner time on a Friday, and they did not have some of the menu items. The food was excellent so I don't understand why there were no customers. Perhaps it was the location. The fish and shrimp ceviche was very good and went very well with their chardonnay selection. The alternate main course was equally enjoyed.

From Our Editors

Nestled between train tracks and a smattering of mechanics' shops in Hallandale Beach, there's a Peruvian restaurant that one New Times blogger wrote "might just be [the area's] best-kept secret." The spot has stayed somewhat under the radar since opening, mostly because of its unassuming exterior. But the secret is getting out thanks to regulars who can no longer keep mum about the fresh ceviches, rich risottos, and other vibrant Peruvian dishes served at Ceviche Street.

Those dishes are the handiwork of Segio Riglos. Born in Lima, Peru, Segio spent years chopping, slicing, and karate-chopping ingredients in New York City kitchens before moving to Florida to study at Le Cordon Bleu. Now, visitors to Ceviche Street. reap the tasty benefits of all his experience as they savor traditional tiraditos and ceviches as well as creative riffs on Peruvian classics such as pork fried rice and broiled scallops with butter parmesan.
