We always check in at this place as the Blu Sushi (now BRAHMA) when we're spending our winters down here. The experience has always been reasonable, however not stellar. I think it was in part due to the "all you can eat" menu, they offer, with a select version of items offered. One of things I always enjoyed over there is the NA beer they carry, Kaliber (hard to find) We had almost given up on this place as the sushi always seemed "ordinary" and nothing different from other places in the area, and we decided to try it one last time, last year in March and sat at the Sushi Bar. Well, the experience was totally different. We had the opportunity to order Sushis we had not seen on the 'all you can eat' menu, and they were delicious. The staff behind the sushi bar were hospitable and quick, and the sushi was at a different level. We had a changed opinion of the place when we left. THIS YEAR, we went back and now its called BRAHMA. Well, again, we think they hit a home run. We ordered the "Lava drop" sushi, the "Sugar Mama" roll. A California roll ( a standard for us), an Edamame starter (which unfortunately came after the rolls came and was so-so) and the rolls were all delicious. The only thing that we didn't get off on was that there was a little too much cream cheese in the rolls we ordered. They could lighten up on it, as it overpowers the good taste of the rolls. They still carry my favourite NA beer Kaliber, of which I had a couple. It was a great meal, great service and a good experience. We will certainly keep it on our list of places we like in the Fort Myers area!
