Shrimp and grits: Four-cheese stoned-ground grits with smoked pecan wood bacon and Cajun-seasoned jumbo Gulf shrimp are drizzled with a smokey barbecue sauce and topped with fresh scallions and parmesan cheese.
Pulled chicken: An asiago cheese baguette holds fire-braised pulled chicken, tempura-fried green tomatoes, and cilantro lime mayo. Served with sweet potato fries.
Chef Derrick's red velvet waffles: Red velvet waffles are topped with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings, and are served with a side of whipped butter and maple syrup.
