The food was delicious. We didn't have to wait too long. We WERE missing one item from each meal as described on the menu (side dish), but once pointed out, those items were brought immediately. Staff was friendly.

Enjoyed talking with the owner and hearing her background of her coming from Palestine many years ago. She also shared the information on who painted the great mural, which was done by her son and friends.

From Our Editors

Though thousands of miles apart, the Mediterranean Sea and the sun-soaked coast of Florida share more than a few things in common. Thanks to Pita Palace, one of those things is a place where one can find deliciously seasoned, thinly sliced gyro and shawarma meat. Beneath colorful photographs of the Mediterranean landscape, guests feast on char-grilled and seasoned lamb wrapped in warm pitas and thin slices of beef piled atop creamy hummus. The chefs leave some space on their menu for classic American dishes such as a hot reuben sandwich on rye bread. The BLT wrap marries American and Mediterranean flavors by wrapping bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce in a red, white, and blue flag.
