I had a 60 minute back facial that lasted for maybe 30 minutes and the estetician kept walking in and out of the room. I was not relaxed and very disappointed. Just because I was using a groupon doesn't mean I should be shorted on my time.

Worst pedicure I have ever experienced. I felt like I was a practice client in a beauty school. The polish did not cover my nail, she didnt even trim the cuticle or include a massage! I immediately took the polish off when I got home, and with it being shellac it ruined my nails:(

Second rate work with no apologies. The associate who did my lashes was late. They looked fine to me at 1st (never been done before) but after I got home, I realized there was glue all over the right eyelashes. They are stuck together. The left looks great, but in the name of customer service, I would NEVER let a client leave with sub par results. The manicure was like something out of a twilight zone episode. No water was used. no soaking, no hand massage, cuticles were not pushed back, but scraped off with a wooden stick. and the gel was globby. When I mentioned that they were "rough" to the manicurist, she SCRAPED the get off with the wooden stick, repainted with more glob, and had me place back under the UV. The girl had on navy blue polish which came off on my hands, nails, and in MY polish. When I had the AUDACITY to say it was a terrible manicure, the manicurist began to cry and ran from the room. I've spoken to others and wish I had known their reputation before purchasing a groupon for them. THE OWNER WAS PRESENT. I felt very little was done to offset the situation. Waste of 75 minutes of my time and gas to drive there.

I have called a couple days in a row to speak with a manager they keep telling me she just left. My Groupon was for a spa manicure all I received was my nails painted which was so bad I took off! No lotion or massage was given!

The girl that did my manicure was new and extremely inexperienced. I actually had to have another girl that worked there fixed some of her mistakes. It was a really uncomfortable experience as well, overall. I would not recommend someone coming here at all.

The massage was not good. It was not tailored to the client. It was considered a "groupon massage." I felt no relief in my neck or back. They put rocks on you at the end and leave the room so you are not really massaged for the full hour.

Worst ever! Took over an hour to remove my previous gel and scraped and dug into my nails. almost ruined them. Polsh was applied so thin and did not cover the whole nail. Thumbs polish came off in one day. I tried to give her suggestions on how others do it so it would come off easily but she said that took to long and hurts the nails...Ha! On top of everything else, she bites her nails and didn't have any and probably never had a manicure herself.
