Don't order taco salad- everything was out of a bag including the guacamole out of the pouch you can buy at Walmart. The chicken came separately on a skillet but was worse than chicken you can cook at home if you're a bad cook- the beans were out of a can and not even heated up. Awful awful. Our waitress was awful as well. Had to ask 3 times for a refill. She was also very confused about the menu. Wouldn't go back unless it was free. Needless to say, I didn't eat dinner this evening

The service was really slow today but all of the server were very kind and gracious. The food was yummy. They even gave us an extra two cinnamon rolls for the extra long wait.

This is a happening joint on Sunday mornings! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Such a friendly environment! "The Ginger Brown" was even there working and greeting all of her regulars. So excited to have found this gem so close to home. We will definitely put this restaurants on our favs list.

The food and atmosphere were great, but the plates were smaller than normal my food kept falling on the table and the water tasted funny

From Our Editors

Ginger Brown was 20 years old when she decided that rather than serving in the church, like her father, she could faithfully serve in the kitchen. More than two decades and four million customers later, Ginger still warms guests' bellies and souls with country-fried steak and shrimp, more than 25 homestyle sides, and cinnamon rolls dubbed “world famous” for ferrying Christopher Columbus as he floated across the Atlantic.
