Honey Smoke Pit's history started some 30 years ago with Rodney Lambert serving mouth-watering BBQ brisket and ribs from a pit hitched to his truck. Since then he's been developing his BBQ skills, learning the secrets of the craft from the pitmasters, chefs, and anyone who could teach him the necessary know-how. Now, clients can enjoy the results of his culinary education with some delicious BBQ fall-off-the-bone ribs, fire-grilled hamburgers, and classic BBQ sandwiches, all served with Rodney's signature, one-of-a-kind, old-school blend sauce.
