Parking was $10. Vendors were very aggressive. Couldn’t just walk around casually and see what was out there.
There were not as many distributors there this year, but, we did like what we did see
It was not as good as normal. Seems like there were less vendors this time. Normally the place is packed.
Always enjoy this! And it didn't disappoint this time either!
We have been going to these shows for years and the past few have been very disappointing due to the fact that there are not as many vendors. We went to find some ideas as to flooring and the only vendor there was one who did stained concrete. We also don't want to be hassled over having face cream put on our faces; being told "you look old" did not make our day. Paying ten dollars for parking was not a great surprise either.
Not much garden stuff mostly bedding and security and gutter people, it was a waste of time and mon
GOOD SHOW - NEED MORE GARDEN STUFF
Too many mattress sellers.
Parking is not included in price.
Groupon tickets were available at a good price.
Not good for kids.
Was not what I thought would be there. Great to have the groupon, but show itself was mostly bath tub replacement, steel roofing or mattress places.
concessions were overpriced, but they always are. I would have bought some if they were more reasonable. Backyard Empire and the artist Minh Son were outstanding. I purchased from Backyard Empire and I have planned a visit to Minh Son's studio in Hanoi in the winter. Also impressed with the Texas Veterans group, and inquired about volunteering for them. Because of such a great experience, I plan to attend the upcoming TLG expo in Dallas.
