What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
As a fitness competitor, I am very experienced with diet and weight training. My degree is in Educational Life Sciences, which includes college level nutrition classes and biology classes from TCU. I am personal trainer certified.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I train my clients 3 to 4 times a week, and include a diet structured for 7 days a week. We will take before and after pictures, and adjust diet and training based upon the clients progress and nutritional goals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am a fitness competitor. I feel in love with the sport after I had graduated college and became a teacher. I enjoy teaching others how to live a healthier lifestyle, and now teach and encourage clients how to weight train safely and live a healthier lifestyle in regards to diet and exercise.
What do you love most about your job?
Changing peoples lives! I enjoy seeing progress in my clients-whether your goal is to gain muscle, loose fat, or both, I truly enjoy helping each person achieve his or her personal goal. I love to encourage people in regards to achieving personal goals.
