The top two percent of beef. That's all that's served at Silver Fox Steakhouse, thanks to its chefs' adherence to using exclusively USDA Prime beef. The eatery's culinary team first cuts the protein in several different ways, from a 6-ounce filet to an 18-ounce, bone-in rib-eye. Then, the chefs use one of five preparations—hollandaise, oscar, florentine, peppered, or the namesake Silver Fox with blue cheese and red wine shallot sauce—to complete the savory dish.
Though their steaks are the stars of the menu, Silver Fox chefs also plate classic dishes such as cold water rock lobster tail and racks of lamb. Meanwhile, waiters ensure that guests find plenty of wine pairings no matter what they order, as the cellar is stocked with more than 2,600 hand-selected bottles. All this surrounded by decor just as upscale as the cuisine, thanks to dark wood accents and a cozy fireplace.
