This may be the most important service Sphere Fitness provides. If you don't evaluate, you're guessing. Evaluating allows the trainer to learn about you, your goals, and how your body works. This knowledge leads the trainer to the strategies and techniques that will provide an optimal path to achieving your goals.
No two bodies are exactly alike. If you prefer individual attention, have a specific event or task to accomplish, or are experiencing personal training for the first time, our individual personal training service provides the highest level of overall attention, variability, and adaptability available. Each session is an evaluation and a challenge that is dictated by the needs of the client at that particular moment. No session is ever the same.
Small Group Training
If you're looking for the individual attention of a personal trainer without the added cost, bring a friend or two along. Our small group training would be a great fit for you. Small groups range from 2 to 4 people. This allows the trainer to provide enough individual attention to everyone in the group and still provide a quality workout for everyone involved.
Suffering from pain, stress, and/or muscle tension? Look no further. The use of Swedish massage techniques (gliding, kneading, rolling, deep pressure, percussion, etc.) are shown to be "an effective treatment for reducing pain, stress, and muscle tension."
Back in 2010 while working in the yard I developed some back pain, when I went inside to sit down something happened. I lost feeling in my right leg and my entire back ceased up.
We discovered that my L5 S1 disc had herniated 13mm; my L1 T12 vertebrate was fractured, and the disc in-between was nearly gone. After deciding against surgery, I took the recommended epidural injections in my back and began physical therapy.

acupuncturist, pain management doctor, and massage therapist, I still wasn't getting back to a normal lifestyle. I spent two years trying to find relief.
