At first, things might look a little different at Taco Blanco. The familiar sight of tacos made with yellow corn tortillas and bright orange cheddar cheese is nowhere to be found. Instead, the chefs make their namesake tacos using white corn tortilla shells, which they fill with freshly grilled meat and shredded lettuce before adding a layer of hand-grated monterey jack cheese. This distinctive approach doesn't mean that the familiar flavors of home-style Mexican cuisine ever change though. Throughout the menu, diners can still find traditional classics, including burritos stuffed with slow-cooked beans or ground beef and onions as well as homemade chips accompanied by sides of freshly chopped pico de gallo.
