The restaurant is closed. However, a German restaurant redeemed the Groupon. That was nice but it was it wasn't what we wanted.

The main entrees were not that good, too much sauce on both, but the tiramisu was great

I was expecting fresh ingredients which it did not have. Food was okay. Way to expensive for nonquality prepared food- not fresh herbs, not flavorfull, deserts not homemade. The waiter took a long time to return and it was not really busy. My daughter ordered chicken fingers and got grill chicken strips which she ate one bite. The waiter never said anything or offer to get her something else. Will not be back. Very disappointed. Glad I had a groupon so I don't feel really, really disappointed. I can open up a can a Ragu and add fresh spices and make it taste better by far.

you have a lot of competition around you now, modernize the menu. I was in disbelief when I walked up to salad bar. not good at all. very little choices, you'd do better to serve it from the back like other restaurants. the food we left whole plates of food. the only think I ate much of was the bread, it did not taste like garlic & had a frozen taste. talked to a random waiter while walking to the rr he agreed. it's a cool place just needs a revamp. call restaurant impossible off the food network.

Our experience was horrible!!! The place is dark, muggy, run down, and dirty! Everything is overpriced. The food is bland and boring. My husbands scallops were mushy! Our waiter sucked! I had to repeatedly ask him for things. They use little plastic carts to bust the tables and serve the food. I could go on, but what is the point. We will never return! I made sure to tell my 500+ friends on Facebook as well. Buyer Beware! This place needs to call Gorden Ramsey, because it is definately a kitchen nightmare!!!

From Our Editors

In the gently lit restaurant, a waiter in black trousers and white shirt glides between tables toward one of many private booths. When he reaches his destination, he opens his mouth to greet the waiting guests and take their order, but instead of speaking, he bursts into song. The singing waiters’ nightly performances help to fuel the happy chatter that rolls across diners at The Italian Inn as soon as they pass the red-and-white striped pole near the entryway. As a live musician sits down at a piano to join the servers in their songs, wall sconces and tabletop candles flicker. Red, blue, and green light-garlands run across the room, casting playful hues on walls covered in handwritten epigrams, love notes, and messages from cardiologists concerned by hearts full of letters.

Chefs load plates with USDA Choice beef or decorate pastas imported from small Italian towns with sauces made fresh daily or imported olive oil. In the kitchen, the crew crafts soups, dressings, and desserts anew each day, and servers scoot past to grab bottles from a cellar crowded with international red, white, and bubbling vintages.
