I come here for regular massages. Austin is amazing. If you want a massage that really gets in there and works out the issues, he's your man.

situated within a large sports complex, so NO fancy rooms or otherwise. But very good serious massage therapy. Don't look for that glass of champagne.

From Our Editors

Tightness from days spent at the desk. Aches from a weekend of flag football. Back spasms from marathon games of Twister. With agile fingers trained in therapeutic muscle manipulation, BodyWorks Massage Therapy's licensed therapists alleviate all manner of bodily pains with combinations of eight massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point. Available at two locations––one within the Franklin Athletic Club, and the other at the Murfreesboro Athletic Club, opening October 1, 2013––the private treatment rooms submerge clients' senses in stress-slaking stimulation: soothing scents of aromatherapy, the relaxing touch of a heated bed, and recordings of an otter gargling with fresh ocean water.
