Through a partnership with YamaYoga, Sole Serenity Yoga's experienced instructors lead 20-plus classes each week. The studio welcomes new and seasoned yogis alike, offering beginner and advanced classes in a variety of yoga styles.
Here's a quick glimpse of a few of Sole Serenity Yoga's classes.
Awaken Yoga: This early-morning class blends Vinyasa, Anusara, and Hatha yoga styles with a short meditation and breath work designed to prep the mind and body for the day ahead.
Release, Relax, Renew: A Level I and II class that focuses on specific areas—such as the lower back, hips, neck, and shoulders—to boost flexibility and promote mobility in tight areas. Students can modify gentle poses with the support of bolsters, blankets, or foam blocks for a deep release and feeling of ease.
Yoga for Strength Wellness: A 60-minute class for all levels that mixes cardio and strength training with yoga poses for a full-body workout.
