About this Business
From Our Editors
Hailing from Lebanon and other parts of the Middle East, the members of the Kabob Castle team have plenty of experience working with Middle-Eastern cuisine, and if that wasn't enough, they also worked for a large Middle Eastern restaurant chain when they first moved to the U.S. That collective experience is the driving force behind their own enterprise, Kabob Castle, where visitors can feast upon authentic Middle Eastern food, including shish kabobs lined with beef, lamb, shrimp, or even swordfish. Traditional spices and house-made sauces coat many of the entrées, including the Mediterranean salmon, which is char-grilled and topped with spinach and feta cheese. Vegetarian diners, meanwhile, can chow down on grape leaves stuffed with tomatoes, onions, parsley, rice, and spices, which just so happen to be the same things stuffed into the pillows at most luxury hotels.
