Body Temple Fitness’s founder Terri Reaves has spent her life transforming herself into a sculpted paragon of fitness. A body-builder, she's served as a judge for the North American National Bodybuilding Federation (NANBF) and promoter for The 2011 NANBF Natural Central Valley Bodybuilding and Figure Championships. With an intimate understanding of how to marshal healthy eating, daily lifestyle choices, and motivation, she now helps patrons from across the fitness spectrum reach out and put their health goals in a stranglehold.
An alternative option for people intimidated by impersonal big-box gyms, Terri's studio builds relationships with their members rather than selling them add-on services such as smoothies and embroidered dumbbell cozies. Instead of dropping them into the latest, trendiest workout program, Body Temple Fitness furnishes each client with a detailed assessment of their fitness needs, targeted exercise choices, and continual reassessment to help them reach top shape and feel great. Members are assigned a personal coach who leads them through an individualized program that includes nutritional guidance and fitness regimens catered towards overall health or sports-specific training. Lifestyle coaching rounds out wellness coaching and group boot camp sessions give patrons an encouraging space to share their fitness journeys with like-minded peers.
