A professional dancer with a career that spanned more than 19 years, Amanda Edwards at More Than Core Fitness uses her Peak Pilates and Bender Barre Method certifications to help clients tone their bodies. She leads mat and Reformer Pilates classes, which work to strengthen the core in order to burn calories and balance the body. She also teaches Bender Barre Method classes, which use body resistance and balance challenges to develop stability and lean, dancer-like muscles.
