We have been at Rosa Linda's restaurant in Clovis, two times. The first time we were there, they had just opened their doors. Neither my husband or myself were impressed with the food, not what we expected. Last week we decided to try the restaurant one more time. The service was great and the food was wonderful.

Rosa Linda's had fantastice mexican food. The quality was a step above even a good Mexican restaurants. We had chile relenos, tamales, and shreded beef tacos and all were exceptional. Not only was were the flavors great but everything tasted fresh including the homemade salsa. Great service too. Rosa Linda's will be one of our regular stops when visiting Clovis in the future.

The food really wasn't that good. There are lots of other places that are MUCH better for the same cost. Chapalla grille is 10 times better!
