Had to wipe streaks of spray tan off skin. Booth was dirty, no clean towels, sticky floor w/ pools of spray tan stuff on floor. No covering for hair or barrier cream for nails. The stand up tanning booth was scary old.

Brandy and her staff are a very friendly group. I have been going here for over a year now and I will continue to come here. They do hair, eye lashes, waxing and spray tanning! Can't beat the price. Make your appointment today!

I did not ask about how long the lashes would last; I was told after the session that it is about 2-3 weeks; I was disappointed because they look wonderful and the technician was super nice.

Shawna is wonderful and was very professional. I feel glamorous without all the extra time it would take with my "new" lashes. Great gift for any women or even a treat for yourself!

I've debated about even filling this out. I'm not certain the owner is open to feedback or change, but I'm hoping she'll have an open mind to help her for future. This was first time getting eyelash extensions and going to Plush. I initially called to explain I had a groupon and get details on procedure. When you call the phone doesn't ring but buzzes. Which I thought was strange and didn't seem like would connect. I got a voicemail that was very general. I didn't leave a msg because I wasn't sure I'd get a return call. It seemed like a "general mailbox". I went online to set appt. I sent it with what was closest to Groupon i had with Brandy. I sent a text msg for her to call me. I only received text schedule approval. I didn't call again, because as i said after 2 times noone answered. Day of appt i got behind unbeknownst to me and called immediately to let Brandy know. I did leave a msg in hopes it worked.. I was 10 min late. Upon my arrival, the parking lot was empty which concerned me, but I thought it as off day. I walked in and even though the receptionist was on phone after 2 min she could've acknowledged my arrival with a nod or smile ince it was a lengthy call - the bored stylist waiting on a client could've said hi, but did not.. I let that go too. The receptionist then asked the basic why are you here and hands me legal forms. Legal forms for eye extensions. Wow. I told this was my first time, I had questions. (I had sent a msg upon scheduling appt time) w/no reply. She said Brandy would inform me. OKkk. Brandy greeted me 5 min later, saying she only had 40 min to do them. I could tell she was irritated i was late - which I don't blame her, her time is valuable. However, I called prior and didn't know there was paperwork. With that said I told her that I had a groupon and I was a newbie. She said normally she doesn't normally honor Groupons but would do so -which i thought was very nice of her. Like a somewhat scared kitten I asked her about procedure. She wasn't very informative. However, I thought she's experienced, the owner etc. My normal would be kindly excuse myself, but I decided to move forward since she was nice about things. My experience was not good for first time. All to say my eyes burned. Harsh glue and eyes don't mix. Evidently this is "normal" with allergies. No it's normal for eyes to react to harsh glue. I don't use chemicals. I kept thinking it will pass. It took 1.5 hours for procedure. I could barely drive home it hurt so bad. My eyes screamed at me for 24 hours. I called next day and was put on long hold to be told that some people react this way and you can take them off with baby oil. WOW. I tried steaming face, olive oil, gentle eye make up remover.. I hope my eyes forgive me for the 3 day beating. All to say, I expected more out of what was presented - my fault. Brandy is nice and obviously sharp to own a biz in Frisco. Whatever the causes of the "lack of" current biz model, people skills and first company impression I hope she is open minded to my feedback. I am a successful business owner and have valid experience. It's my fault I didn't do better research on procedure, but merely counted on "day of" for the professional to ensure my health safety and give me peace of mind. Lesson learned. Again, I hope this helps her to come up higher to be a community success. A place of superior service and a full parking lot! I will not be back or be able to refer them - Anita

The need to be more patient with customers when they answer the phone because the receptionist wants to hand me up insted explain me about the services. This is the second time that I want to make appoinment and I feel they are not nice.

From Our Editors

Plush Beauty Bar's hot-pink walls and zebra-print furniture belies the funky, fashion-forward focus it fosters in each of its services. It bolsters appearances with spray tanning and signature lash extensions that give clients a glamorous look to last for days. Meanwhile, aestheticians cleanse complexions with facials that incorporate steam exfoliation and the chance to throw in add-ons such as paraffin dips, chemical peels, or novelty mustaches.
