I took my 5 and 6 year old daughters to the chocolate workshop. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. I was prepared to go in with them and do a majority of the "work" following instruction and making the recipes but was pleasantly surprised that parents do not participate but sit in the viewing area (or can leave and return in an hour) upon which the children present their creations. The food was wonderful and my girls had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!
Gave as gift for grandkids. They loved it. I wish I could have paid for more sessions.

We signed up for a teen class and ended up with third graders and the cake was baby size.

Initially we visited Young Chefs for a bday party. The kids had such a great time. When the Groupon became available, my friends and I purchased with the intent to take the kids to one of the Friday night events- while the moms attend a girls night. Our plans worked out. Once again, the kids had a ball.

Very nice facility and staff. Great concept. My son really enjoyed it. He will be going back again. I was not aware of this business until I saw it on Groupon. Great marketing tool.
The recipe for a successful cooking class requires the right mix of teacher, chef, and nutritionist—a balance that each instructor strikes at Young Chefs Academy Frisco. They host students aged 4–16 in weekly cooking classes that regularly change recipes while sticking to the monthly theme. They cater to individual children, school field trips, and even scout troops. They even host birthday parties, which let young chefs celebrate their big day with hands-on instruction on how to make their own pizza, gingerbread houses, or birthday cakes that come out of the oven already on fire and ready to be blown out.
