It only took one class for Johanna Griego to become hooked on pole fitness. Three years after being convinced to attend her first class, Griego was opening her own studio, Happy Kiss Pole Fitness, and sharing her passion with others. Each class is capped at three students, ensuring that students receive personalized instruction and guidance within a safe, nonjudgmental setting. During beginner-level sessions, Johanna teaches basic holds, spins, and transitions while providing workouts that target muscle groups throughout the entire body. More advanced dancers can continue challenging themselves by introducing headstands, handstands, and flashier spins into their flirty, sensual routines. Over time, Happy Kiss Pole Fitness helps improve students' strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.
