This is a copy of the email I had prepared to send to Johnson Floral Company but could not locate an email address for them. I sent a very short complaint to them over their internet website but could not explain it all because of the limited characters allowed in their form.
"My husband picked up an arrangement yesterday which was ordered on Friday for his mother, who was just released from the hospital after a very serious illness. Her favorite color is purple so we requested flowers of that color, so had to wait until Mon. because you had no purple in stock. I helped my husband take the arrangement out of the transportation box while at his parents' house. The arrangement was very disappointing, looked as if a bunch of flowers were just grabbed and jammed in among some green leaves. The arrangement was lopsided and something we could easily have done ourselves by picking up flowers at Albertsons (which his sister did and they looked better!). I am guessing this poor performance might have been due to the fact that we were paying with a voucher purchased from Groupon. It certainly did not come close to the arrangements you have pictured on your website. We found some there for less money that were much more attractive.
While there, my husband also purchased an arrangement for a friend who is in the hospital but we will not be patronizing your business again after the disappointing product we received. Thank you for listening (reading). Sincerely, Nancy Logan"
