We are S U P E R disappointed that our Labor Day just got slammed. A heads-up NOT so close to the date of our rental would've been nice, although I can see how that might not have been possible.

I planned a bachelorette outting for my sister on one of their boats, and they sent me an email saying they were closed for business 3 days before we were supposed to be on the water! Making last minute plans for a special day is not what I had in mind!

It was terrible trying to make a reservation! Then when i finally got a reservation (8/18) I tried to contact them to answer last minute questions, they never answered any of my 5 emails, i tried calling, but there was no answer, and their message box was full. Finally I received a response that they were closed for the season. So i didn't even get to redeem my reservation. I want my money back!

This company appeared to be a real business - they have an OK website with a dedicate path towards redeeming the groupon and contact info, etc. I reserved the boat on their site, as instructed, and printed the confirmation. I had family in town today, which was supposed to be a fun PLANNED day on the lake, but we were left sitting in the pick up area and they never arrived. This was a terrible experience and unfortunately, it was due Groupon. I am starting to question Groupon's sales process and the credibility of its deals. If the purchase is not real, what am I buying? A bad experience. Please validate your vendors before allowing buyers to get into this situation.

You guys should never go near groupon again. You are just making people mad and frustrating them when they simply want to go have a good time on the lake. Maybe you should be a members only club... The fact that your voicemail message says "we don't return calls so don't bother leaving a voicemail" kinda says it all. In short, you really suck at this whole customer service idea...

Shouldn't your boats actually be working for this to work?
