I ended up getting a refund because I was unable to use the Groupon. Business owner claims personal issues prevented him from being able to perform.

After purchasing my groupon back in October, I tried calling the main number to order my pies. I called many times and all I got was the same voice message, "your call did not go through, please try again later!" At first it sounded like a message from the phone company, but after numerous times calling (two months) it was obvious that it was a pre-recorded message from the business. In my opinion, it's not the way to run any business.
