I had a very hard time trying to get an appointment and then with in a few hours of my time (after taking time off from my work),she canceled it because of a family emergency. I WOULD NOT have had a problem with that if I had not already heard from others to expect that (they say that is what she does). She has rescheduled me for a few weeks out. BUT if She cancels me again and I lose more money from being of work "I will expect Groupon to refund my money" after all you advertise for them. I Know Groupon can not control everything But you would at least expect them to stop selling for someone that seems to have a habit of doing this kind of stuff!
