Groupon didn't get your email from Facebook, but we need it to sign you up.
If you'd like to share it with us so you can take advantage of Facebook Login, you can update your Facebook permissions to give us access to your email. If not, you can always sign up for a Groupon account without using Facebook.
I have been trying to use my Groupon for almost a month, with no success. I booked with them, they canceled the morning they were supposed to come over. It took me almost two weeks to contact someone. They dont return voicemail or emails. I sent a message on their FaceBook page, they finally responded. Again, they were a no call, no show for the cleaning. I left a post on their FaceBook page, they deleted it, and blocked me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received!!!! I would like to get a refund, but I have been on hold with Groupon for almost 15 minutes, while I'm typing this. :) Please do publish my comments. I do not want anyone else to get burned by them!

I absolutely would not recommend them. They completely blew me off on the scheduled cleaning day and after taking my first call. When they didn't arrive on time I phoned, got a women who said she saw me on the schedule and would check with her crew to find out where they were. She never called me back, her crew never showed up and she stopped answering the phone. I called, I had the tenant call and I had a friend call. It was a huge disappointment because a new tenant was moving into the home that afternoon and I had a friend sitting there waiting on them.
