Next they top the crispy, golden fries with fresh cheese curds and brown gravy. And while many consider that a finished poutine, the chefs don't always stop there. Along with the traditional dish, they serve up poutine that's topped with bacon, pulled pork, breaded chicken, or veggies, sating all kinds of appetites as they zoom around Arizona in their food trucks or have customers visit their brick and mortar location.
