The establishment closed a month prior to the Groupon expiring and I called repeatedly to see when they would open again so that I could get my massage. When I called back at the beginning of April, they said they only gave Groupon members two months after they had re-opened in February to reuse it. I was not made aware of the policy until I had called to schedule my appointment in April. While the manager did honor the Groupon, she gave me a really hard time about using it. She was also very unfriendly when I went in for my appointment. She did not bother greeting me and glared at me when I came in and when I left. It's the poor customer sold prevent me from returning.
