The team of certified personal trainers at Jeanie’s Custom Fitness strive to tone bodies with motivational and judgment-free techniques. Boot camps accommodate students at all fitness levels and increase in intensity over time, unlike workouts that culminate in naps on a weight bench. Sessions integrate cardio, plyometrics, and strength training each Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. One-hour Zumba classes—held Wednesday nights at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 10 a.m.—motivate dance and strength-building movements via Latin tunes that hypnotize hips into believing they're maracas.
