At CrossFit Cerberus, the instructors and students work together to create a tightly knit community in which support and encouragement are bedrocks to the demanding fitness regimen. Bolstered by this support, the self-motivated students challenge themselves and safely push their limits in classes that use an ever-changing array of interval training exercises designed to improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness.
The instructors provide personalized guidance whenever possible, ensuring that visitors know how to safely perform pushups, heft weights, swing kettlebells, flip oversized truck tires, and throw medicine balls into a low orbit. When combined with countless other conditioning and strength-training techniques, these CrossFit exercises provide full-body workouts that allow students of any fitness level to scale the load and intensity of each move, better complementing their own capabilities while still safely pushing their limits.
